Mathematical model of body force in electromagnetic purification at magnetic field of high frequency

摘要
A mathematical model of electromagnetic body force (EMF) in electromagnetic purification at magnetic field of high frequency was established, based on the influences of EMF distribution inside melt on purification effects in different experiment conditions. It can be concluded that the EMF, then the purification effects, are effectively increased with the increase of the magnetic induction intensity. The frequency increase can effectively change the distribution of EMF in the metal molt and increase the EMF of metal molt surface, but decrease the purification depth and effects. With the increase of frequency, the EMF in a certain position of metal molt increases first with the maximum value at a critical frequency f=1/(4 pi sigma mu x(2) ), then decreases.
