On Attractors in Gene Regulatory Systems

摘要
We describe attracting sets for differential systems appearing in mathematical models of gene regulatory systems. The relation of elements in such systems can be described by regulatory matrices containing elements -1, 0 or 1 corresponding to inhibition, no relation or activation respectively. Four types of regulatory matrices are considered. The respective examples arc discussed and the attractive sets arc described.
