摘要：
Intense global competition is forcing many manufacturing organisations to acquire agile manufacturing characteristics. A key requirement for an agile organisation is the need for formal and precise information management. This paper therefore proposes a process to assist organisations in the examination of information management technologies and techniques during the formulation of agile manufacturing strategies. The process is based upon the application of mathematical modelling techniques.
