Understanding the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of modern agricultural parks is an important prerequisite for identifying the development center of modern agricultural parks and promoting regional agricultural modernization. Our research takes Guangxi's modern characteristic agricultural demonstration area as an example. Based on the data of 282 autonomous region level demonstration areas from 2014 to 2019, we use geographic information system (GIS) to analyze its spatial distribution characteristics and explore the factors affecting the distribution of the park through geographic detectors. The results show that: (1) The spatial distribution type of the demonstration area is agglomerated type, but the degree of agglomeration is average, and the distribution is uneven at the city scale, showing a spatial pattern of "small agglomeration and large dispersion"; (2) the demonstration area The distribution is mainly affected by multiple factors such as regional economic development, agricultural foundation, consumption level, technical level, infrastructure. etc., and economic development has the strongest force; (3) The distribution of demonstration areas is more inclined to rely on the comprehensive advantages of the region. Factors related to regional agricultural foundation, economic development, and consumption level have a positive interaction on its distribution.
