摘要
The conformational and thermodynamic characteristics of cellulose acetate in dilute nonaqueous solutions were studied by the light scattering and viscometry techniques. The thermodynamic properties of the polymer in conditions of sorption of infinitesimal quantities of a solvent were determined using gas chromatography. The effects of the nature of the solvent on the second virial coefficient and on the equilibrium rigidity of the cellulose ester chain were determined. Based on data obtained by the static and dynamic methods, a hypothesis was proposed for different mechanisms of interactions of low-molecular-weight solvents in the liquid and gaseous states with cellulose acetate.
