摘要：
The work done by pluridisciplinary teams provides patients in the palliative phase of cancer with overall care for their disease and for them as people. When this care can be provided at home, the patients, their living environment, and their lifestyles can add essential extra parameters to enhance the care. Within the ever-shifting boundaries of this framework, the quality of such care has to be reviewed constantly.
