Photonic band gap of two-dimensional photonic crystal based on silicon in mid-infrared

摘要
Two-dimensional macroporous photonic crystal with mid-infrared band gap was fabricated by electrochemical etching method in this work. The sample structure is of square lattice with structure parameters: lattice constant a = 4mum and the length of the square lattice structure 1 = 2mum. The reflection spectrum of the sample was measured using the microscopic infrared spectrometer and showed the photonie crystal characteristics.
