Multihole coaxiality measuring instrument based on the method of laser collimation

摘要
A new-type intelligent multihole coaxiality measuring instrument is developed to measure the of heavy-duty machines using the technology of measuring large-size multihole coxiality based laser collimation. With laser collimating beam as the reference axis for measurement, this measuring instrument sends back the laser rays through the corner cube mounted on a special centering unit, and CCD photoelectric coupling device receives the data on hole centres, and the computer collects and processes the data and displays and prints the measurement result. This instrument realizes on-line or on-site measurement of large-size multihole coaxiality and features rapid measurement, high repetitive accuracy, high practicability, portability, usability on the site, etc. According to the test, the measurement accuracy of the instrument is 0.005mm, and this,measuring instrument can not only meet the requirement for the measurement accuracy of large-size multihole coaxiality, but also replace the double-frequency laser interference instrument with a. higher cost. Therefore, this instrument has a wide application prospect.
