摘要
The transmittance properties for the stacked metallic sub-wavelength slit arrays were experimentally and numerically investigated. The calculated spectra based on the FDTD method well reproduced the experimental spectra. The details of the airgap space dependence were measured, and the characteristic behavior of multiple optical modes are observed.
