摘要：
A novel first-order all-pass filter is proposed. Consisting of level shifters and two passive components, the circuit uses just six transistors to achieve desired phase shifts at near unity gain in a 3.3 V, 0.35 mum CMOS process, Experimental results using 4007 ICs confirm the operation of the circuit.
