Secondary education teachers' training: the eternal nightmare

摘要
The article analyses the different models on the secondary education teachers' training, the path and the current problems of the initial training and the permanent training. It tries to give alternatives to both trainings to improve the curriculum of initial training and the process of permanent training. An initial training curriculum must be based more on practice and more appropriate to the 21st century. There should be a greater coordination between teachers and subjects, a selection of teachers who teach in the master, as well as the students who access, a careful selection of practice centers and tutors, compensating their work. And a permanent training in the participation and collaboration culture for the construction of innovation projects that promote the development of collective capacities for reflection in educational centers. nstitutional commitment alternatives are analyzed to eliminate at the same time the processes of individualism in professional work.
