摘要
The nodes In a wireless sensor network communicate and send information. This can be used for a variety of applications like agriculture, health care. In setting up a sensor network the major challenges include energy and integrity of data. The nodes are prone to active and passive attacks that are hard to handle. This paper proposes a solution for handling Jammer attacks with a probability density function for the same. Nodes are largely varying as master or gateway nodes due to their functional characteristics. The nodes in the source select a path that has unjammed nodes with the help of the packets received from the sink node. Here a master-slave approach is followed to make sure a high network lifetime and less transmission power energy consumption in WSNs in the presence of jammers. With the proposed model, each node identifies the optimal transmission power level E-n(+). The proposed model ensures more than 60% reduction in energy consumption, and the lifetime of the network increases to 70%.
