摘要：
Large soft tissue defects of the upper extremity are a challenge for hand surgeons. Free perforator flaps harvested from the lower extremity eliminate donor site morbidity on the upper extremity. The peroneal artery perforator flap and the anterolateral thigh flap can be used to cover medium to large sized defects of the distal upper extremity.
