摘要：
This paper concerned with the diagnosis and identisquare cation of parametric fault which may occur in a physical system. The method uses a bond graph system model to generate residual signals for fault diagnosis. Fault identisquare cation of system parameters is obtained by the analysis of the bond graph model topology.
