摘要
In order to gain a deep understanding of the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated building energy efficiency. From the three aspects of economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit, the Delphi method was used to screen out 12 indicators. A comprehensive evaluation system for energy efficiency of fabricated buildings was constructed, and the comprehensive benefits of various energy saving measures were evaluated by TOPSIS entropy weight model. The results show that the energy efficiency of energy system and equipment efficiency, passive design energy conservation and the balance of building energy consumption through the use of renewable energy systems and the replacement of energy -saving three energy -saving measures can promote the improvement of comprehensive benefits. The benefits of energy efficiency and energy efficiency through energy systems and equipment are most pronounced. Finally, the scientific and effective evaluation of comprehensive benefits evaluation indicators and evaluation methods was verified by examples.
