摘要
In the last yeas. a great interest has focused on the development of selective and sensitive sensors for the control, of pollutant processes. The aim of this work is to develop evanescent wave transducers with enhanced specificity and selectivity to be used as immunosensors of organic contaminants. The sensors are based on "ARROW" (Anti Resonant Reflecting Optical Waveguides) structures as optimized transducers with a Mach-Zehnder interferometric configuration and are fabricated with standard Silicon microelectronics technology. The design, fabrication and preliminary results of the transducers will be shown.
