摘要：
Agile response ability has become an essential competitive factor for supply chain enterprises to survive in a rapidly changed market environment. Given the core firm as a coordinating center, we construct a coordinating mechanism of respective plan based on whole supply chain benefit and local node firm's benefit, and develop a bi-level programming approach to model supply chain response time. The presented approach is an effective decision-making aided tool for coordinating response time plan of supply chain.
