摘要
The influence of enzyme supplementation (Avizyme, Natuphos) to wheat based diets and of different technical feed treatments in hydroreactor, expander and pelleting press on chyme viscosity, nutrient digestibility, phytate degradation and fattening performance was studied in experiments with broiler-chicken. Beneficial effects on growth and feed efficiency were obtained after carefully hydrothermical/press-thermical treatment and after Avizyme supplementation. Phytase application resulted in improved phytate degradation without influence on performance parameters.
