摘要
It is well-established that changes in plasticizer structure affect (among other things) the melting temperatures, melt viscosities, and lubrication of flexible PVC compounds. In turn, these properties affect the extrudability of the compounds. The current study looks at the effects of plasticizer structure on lubrication, melt viscosities, extrusion rates, stock temperatures, and shear rates of PVC compounds in a single screw extrusion process.
