摘要
Focal cerebral lesions are often associated with voltage asymmetry of sleep spindles, usually with depressed voltage on the side of the lesion. In this report, we document a case in which a brain tumor was associated with a frequency asymmetry in addition to a voltage asymmetry of sleep spindles. The slower frequency spindles occurred on the side of the lesion. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
