摘要：
The preliminary results of investigations in the scope of the "Scientifically Substantiated Service for Building Management" research project (Wissensintensive Dienstleistungen im Gebaudemanagement WiDiG) and the concept of an online advisory expert system for building automation is substantiated. The trends of the further development of control algorithms of such systems are described. The objective of the specified project is to investigate the possibility of and to produce recommendations for unification of the existing building automation systems and facility management systems in the framework of a unified concept.
