The job-hunting stress is an important source of employment psychological pressure on college students. The central aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between job-hunting stress, coping style and mental health of college students. The data were collected by 4 questionnaires. Fist we use factor analyze to find out the job-hunting stressor. Second, descriptive statistics and compare means were used to investigate the characteristic of job-hunting stress, coping style and mental health. Finally, explore the correlation among relationship of job-hunting stress, coping style and mental health. The results indicated that: 1. the job-hunting stress level of students under the average level. Five main factors cause the job-hunting stress of college students. 2. Job-hunting stress, coping style and depression and anxiety are significantly different between the students of arts and the students of science, also different between male and female. 3. Job-hunting stress is positively associated with positive coping style, and negatively correlated with negative coping style. Job-hunting stress and its different aspects positively associated with depression and anxiety. Negative coping style negatively correlated with depression and anxiety, while positive coping style positively associated with depression and anxiety.
