摘要
in the past, the nuclear power plant design was mainly based on the deterministic methods. Safety analysis boundary conditions, safety factors with regard to prevention and control of design based accidens, and requirements for each safety function have been derived from deterministic criteria without explicit consideration of the reliability of accident prevention and mitigation functions. Human Factors Engineering (HFE) is dedicated to decreae the human errors of the nuclear power plant to improve the safety level. As risk-informed technique, probablistic safety analysis (PSA) and human reliability analysis (HRA) are widely used in different majors of the nuclear plant design. Based on the risk-informed philosophy, this paper shows the united implementation methodology of PSA/HRA and HFE which finally improved the safety of the plant operation.
