Numerical modelisation for two-dimensional solute transport processes in unsaturated porous media

We objective of the present work is a numerical modelisation of two-dimensional diffusion-reaction-transport processes in a porous unsaturated media (area located in Mnasra, Kenitra, Morocco). An implicit difference method (ADI) is used to solve the equations, and to determine the reduced fluid saturation, S, and the profile of the pollutant concentration, c. This study considered as an important step in modeling of solute transport processes, may also contribute to other important fields such as a thin confined piece of soil with stochastically properties in the horizontal direction only.
