摘要：

yThe authors report two neonates with biliary atresia and intracranial hemorrhage due to late hemorrhagic disease. The motive for hospitalization was convulsions; later, hepatomegaly and fecal acholia were noted. The authors call attention to the possibility that neonatal intracramial hemorrhage may occur due to late hemorrhagic disease in the neonate with biliary atresia.
