摘要：
Based on the characteristic analysis of the option to defer in real estate investment decision, this paper sets up a real estate investment decision model of the option to defer. The practical case provides a live solution for real estate phase investment decision. It is a good supplement for traditional NPV methods. It can help the real estate developer to make a rational investment decision.
