摘要
In the franchise business, franchising relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee is relatively independent of the legal status, so it is extremely subtle. The maintenance of the franchise relationship is of great significance for all of the franchise business. The franchisee's organizational commitment is the key factor for franchise relationship. So the franchisor how to take effective measures to enhance the organizational commitment of the franchisee is crucial to the stability and development of the entire franchise system. In this article, firstly, the author combs the concept of franchise and organizational commitment. Moreover, the author analyzes the value of organizational commitment between the franchisor and the franchisee. Finally, the author discusses that how to deal with the organizational commitment of franchisee, and reinforce the franchising cooperative relations, then to make a further win-win situation by the three-factor model.
