Research on Teaching Management and Cultivating Innovative Talents in Teaching and Research University

According to the restraining factors of cultivating creative talents in teaching management, we provided the 186 pieces of the questionnaire survey to students, the investigations showed that the main restraining factors in our institute were flexibility of the professional teaching plan, the relationship of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, the diversity of the learning environment and so on. In response to these questions, we thought that the concept of teaching management should be updated, the reform of the educational system and teaching methods should be further deepened, and the new cultivating model of creative talent had to be established.
