摘要
This research-in-progress paper primarily aims to study the business-IT connection as applying New Information Economics (NIE) framework in information system development process. In this study, a research model was developed and proposed to reveal the relationship between New Information Economics, and system development, and further develop tin Information Technology management framework for business organizations. Specifically, the main objective is to study the business-IT connection level of business companies to answer a question, "What is the level of business strategy and IT function connection in business companies in Thailand?" The results of this research will assist in the future development of IT management for business organizations.
