摘要
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been widely applied to various design systems. However, the application of AI in packaging design is just started. For this reason, there's still much to be improved of AI-based packaging design system. In this paper, Taguchi method and AI technology are applied to design product packaging. Besides, an optimal parameter analysis process is established. The function of expectation is also used to integrate two indicators into one, thus forming a neural network prediction system based on ordered mixed genetic algorithm. In this way, engineers can quickly obtain the optimal parameter features of manufacturing technique in line with various quality requirements. This method can effectively improve both the quality and yield of the assembling; meanwhile, the process production and robustness can also be enhanced.
