摘要：
Based on the social interest theory, the paper constructs index system of corporate social responsibility by the means of literature search, interview questions and Questionnaires. An empirical research has been done on the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and business performance, results shows that the changes on corporate social responsibility of last year has significantly positive relationship with changes on the business performance.
