摘要
This article presents the performance comparison of photovoltaic modules in two scenarios in which the operating temperatures are different. The operating temperature influences the maximum power achieved by the modules during their operation. The comparison was made using the average temperatures of two cities of the State of Sao Paulo (Brazil). The comparison shows that warmer locations have a considerable reduction in performance in photovoltaic generation. The comparison analysis indicates that it is necessary to take this problem into consideration in photovoltaic generation in hot regions.
