Practical activities of Chinese local government performance evaluation are experiencing a gradual deepening in its process, and are going through a change from fragmented system evaluation to comprehensive evaluation Beginning with new perspective of construction of Chinese local government performance evaluation system, we try to reconstruct its structure form five systems, including value system, objective and indicator system, organization system, technical support system, and laws and institutional environment system At last, on this basis, we attempt to research model innovation of Chinese local government performance evaluation system
