摘要
In this position paper, the satisfaction of health care providers with electronic health record (EHR) systems is discussed. Based on a survey just before the deadline for EHR adoption incentive by the U.S. government, we conclude that too many physicians and medical care providers do not like the current state of the systems, feel forced to use them, and get insufficient benefits from them. We urge all involved parties to collaborate and design systems that are more in agreement with the practices of the different parties and specialties in the health care industry.
