摘要：

This study is aimed to find out the relation between cross-functional knowledge integration and new product development performance. To fix the gap, a questionnaire is designed and a structural equation model is proposed based on literatures reviewing. With the analysis on the data from 245 questionnaires by Lisrel, the positive effects is validated that cross-functional knowledge integration has direct and indirect influence to new product development performance.
