摘要：
Fuzzy bi-matrix game, whose payoff is a fuzzy variable, is investigated based on fuzzy structure element-a new method to model the fuzzy numbers. Based on it, new operation between fuzzy numbers is proposed. Furthermore, we defined a kind of fuzzy order. Then, we investigated the Nash equilibrium strategy through the fuzzy operation and the fuzzy order associate with the fuzzy structure element.
