摘要
The cultivation and transport of art design talents in China is realized through the continuous improvement of college teaching as well as innovation of teaching methods. Old teaching methods compose much limitation on talents cultivation. Combined with the inherent advantage of teaching mode in training room and innovating with the goal to improve the quality of teaching are effective ways to improve the art design practice of students. They will have sufficient room to make full play of the knowledge learned from design classroom. It is a revolutionary innovation challenge to analyze problems of traditional training room teaching based on the principles of teaching model and taking into account the practical needs of art design talent on training room to achieve the improvement and optimization of teaching mode. Every innovation will be faced with difficulties and problems, so this paper will elaborate on how to advance against hardships and stay pioneering and innovative.
