摘要：
Combined with the present situation of Zhengzhou City real estate market, four factors of real estate prices including demand factors, supply factors, cost factors and environmental factors from the real estate price dominant point theory were selected. Grey correlation analysis model was established to make an empirical analysis of the commercial housing price factors. Based on the analytic results, the important influencing factors of Zhengzhou city commercial housing price countermeasures and suggestions for Zhengzhou commodity house price control are proposed.
