摘要
The specialty of circumstance, team and information sharing in the virtual team was analyzed and studied after having studied the literature of virtual team. We construct an information sharing model and study the important factor of information sharing action of virtual team based on "The Theory of Bounded Rationality Action" (TBRA). After that, based on the point of view of information sharing, we analyze and study the four important mechanisms which could restrain the bounded rationality action of virtual team members and comprise communicating mechanism, trust mechanism, property right mechanism and prompting mechanism.
