Analysis on the Development Trend and Innovation Mode of Public Service Based on Mass Sports

In order to promote the professional development of public service effectively, this paper studies the development trend of public service by means of literature review and analysis, and puts forward several suggestions on the innovation model of public service on the basis of mass sports. The study suggests that the development of public services in China will change from country-oriented strategies towards people-oriented strategies, and use public service to dominate public values, and will form the supply system of demand and service. In addition, in view of the discussion of the innovation model of public service in China, this paper puts forward three pieces of advice including the innovative service model, resource integration and the incentive and restraint mechanism, by which to effectively protect people's right for public sports service.
