摘要
Nonlinear fillers doped silicon rubber composites and its dependency on electrical field were investigated. Barium strontium titanate (BST) and zinc oxide (ZnO) were selected as the filler and high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (SiR) as the matrix, and the samples of silicone rubber composites with different components were prepared. Results demonstrate that it is possible to achieve higher values of permittivity and lower values of tan delta and higher conductivity with respect to nonlinear nanoparticles doped silicone rubber composites over a wide electrical strength range, which verifies the prospect of the application of non-linear composites in high-voltage insulation.
