摘要
Current economic conditions, including financial and economic crises which continue constantly in one form or another, in conjunction with permanent competition between economic agents to maintain their markets and to win new ones, oblige firms to steadily find new solutions, whether technical and economic, to ensure their own existence as well as a possible and desirable increase of their sales of goods and services. An important direction that firms follow to maintain or enlarge their own market is the introduction of methods and techniques that aim to increase the capacity for innovation in the field in which they work. It is therefore important to be identified at the regional level, the main areas in which innovation is a serious concern of company management. Also, identifying regional innovative companies which are successful on the market can be an important element for potential investors looking to capitalize as well as possible their financial resources. This paper has proposed to carry out an identification of the main areas in which we can achieve open and experimental methodology for measuring the level of innovation, starting from businesses and continuing with the aggregate results at a county or region of development level. It is important to identify the key actors who can influence increasing levels of innovation: industrial systems, institutions and public organizations, universities, financial intermediaries, etc. We tried to identify the perception and changes in relation with innovation in companies and lately of the transfer of these results in innovation policies at the regional level.
