NEW PERSPECTIVES OF SUSTAINABLE TOURISM, THROUGH A TOURISM BUSINESS PLAN "IN VIEW AND EAR OF EVERYONE"

In the present work, the situation in which the group of people with functional diversities is found with respect to their role in society is carried out, specifically the integration of people with hearing and visual diversity in Sustainable Tourism. The project carries out an in-depth analysis of the accessibility of these people at a legislative and practical level, as well as the tools and initiatives to be able to carry it out. Next, the existing possibilities in the tourism sector are deepened at an economic, ecological and social level, in short, from the field of sustainable development, to ensure the participation of these two groups. Finally, the work includes a detailed study of an initiative where different activities would ensure the tourist enjoyment of these people with special sensory needs in the Roman amphitheater in the city of Tarragona. This work seeks with all this to value the participation of blind and deaf people at a tourism level, as well as to show the possibility of carrying out inclusive tourism in all its areas.
