Low-frequency noise nature in high-temperature superconductor films

摘要
The noise investigations of superconducting films show that the peak of voltage noise in the superconducting transition temperature region is caused by the film resistance fluctuations. According to the proposed model, the noise in superconductor layers is caused by the switching of weak Josephson links, and by the resistance fluctuations in the normal state of the superconductor due to charge carriers retrapping processes at the grain boundaries. The conditions for the resistance fluctuation peak position in the transition temperature region are presented.
