摘要
Bid & Tender of construction supervision appeared relatively late in our country, no ready-made mode in the method of appraisal bid can be used for reference, we commonly harness method of appraisal bid in engineering project. Compared with appraisal bid in engineering, appraisal bid in supervision has its particularity. Construction supervision provides professionally technical consultation and managing service. Hence, Main factors such as professional technique, project experience, credit standing and personnel's diathesis etc should be paid more attention to when supervision units selected. Because of many fuzzy indexes, we often use fuzzy model as quantitative model. But constitution of subjective function of exiting fuzzy model runs short of restrictive term, composed reliability arithmetic has it's bugs. Therefore, based on the analysis of evaluating index of construction supervision, paper puts forward supervisory units comprehensive evaluating model based on the unascertained measure and index classification weight and illuminate it through an instance.
