摘要
Along with the crisis of global warming and the worsening condition of climate abnormality, governments have to propose correspondent policies and regulations to slow down the continuous worsening of environment. In the field of environmental management, employees' active and positive involvement is important, as a company could not completely regulate employees' environmental behaviours, but merely gives guidance through employees' self-perception and self-cognition of environmental actions. The effects of supervisors' leadership styles on employees' citizenship behaviour therefore become a popular issue in past academia. Aiming at health care industry, employees in health care industry in Shanghai are preceded the questionnaire survey in this study. Total 300 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 227 valid copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 76%. Suggestions, according to the result, are eventually proposed, expecting to assist health care industry in enhancing environmental organisational citizenship behaviour and shape employees' green organisational identification for the sustainable development of health care industry
