摘要
Enterprise Human Resources(HR) Management is a complicated synthetical social system containing key elements such as enconomy management culture and psychology, etc. As a new trend of the HR management, Outsourcing is concerned by more and more enterprises. But, the HR Management outsourcing risk is noticeable Diffusion Structural Theory believed that, Only in non-equilibrium system, In with the outside world has the exchange of matter and energy circumstances, when the elements of the System exists complex non linear coherent effects, the phenomenon of self-organization may arise And the self-organizing ordered state under such conditions is called the diffusion structure. Using the diffusion structural theory to study the running pro-cess of the enterprise HR outsourcing risk management may enhance the the enterprise human resources outsourcing risk c management level orporate human resources outsourcing risk management and then provide one kind of new mentality for the business management.
