摘要
Successful catheter ablation of idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia (ILVT) can be performed at the site of the earliest Purkinje potential or at the site with recording of diastolic and presystolic Purkinje potentials simultaneously during ventricular tachycardia (VT). However, these critical potentials might be difficult to be recorded and mapped in some patients during VT. It is rare to report the ablation of ILVT during sinus rhythm. We present a case with ILVT who received successful catheter ablation during sinus rhythm. (c) Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
