摘要：

Constructing reasonable practice teaching system is crucial for educating and training outstanding civil engineers, to which, innovation ability and engineering ability should be paid more attention. This paper starts with the analysis on long-lasting term problems of existing practice teaching model in civil engineering subject. Then it presents the basic idea how to establish science practice teaching system in civil engineering subject. Last, a three-level-four-module practice teaching system is proposed, which has been carrying out in Changzhou University and proved to be feasible.
