摘要
The present study aimed to identify the predictive power of psychosocial variables (perception of occupational stressors and contextual stressors) for the two dimensions of Technostresse, Technoanxiety and Tecnofatigue, in distance education teachers. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 126 participants. Data collection was conducted in an online platform, using as a research tool a sociodemographic and labor data questionnaire, the Technostress Scale (RED/ITC), the Scale for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Stressors in the Work Context, and the Questionnaire on Stressors occupational EaD. The results, obtained, through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, identified as predictors of the Tecnoanxiety, the variables lack of autonomy, need for updating and teacher-students relationship. For the dimension of Technofatigue the explanatory variables were the lack Autonomy, the work-family conflict and the teacher-students relationship.
